Join us for an online essential QuickBooks Basics class designed to equip participants with foundational accounting skills.
Participants will gain a comprehensive understanding of the importance of automated accounting software in processing sales, managing inventory, generating invoices, and recording payments. By the end of the class, attendees will be better prepared to utilize QuickBooks to streamline their business.
This training will cover:
- Introduction & Company Setup
- Customers, Invoicing & Sales Workflow
- Vendors, Bills & Expense Management
- Banking, Reconciliations & Automations
- Products and Services, Best Practices and troubleshooting
- Reports, Settings Review & Final Q&A

Classes will be each Monday and Thursday from 5:30 p.m. to 7:30 p.m for three weeks. Classes will be postponed the week of Mardi Gras and will resume the following week.
