ScaleUp 360 is a six-month business growth program designed to equip small business owners with the tools, strategy, and support needed to sustainably grow and scale their businesses.

The program serves a small cohort of 10-15 businesses and combines monthly two-hour group sessions led by subject matter experts with one hour of individualized one-on-one coaching per participant each month. Coaching is customized to each business and aligned with the monthly focus areas to ensure practical application and measurable progress.

In addition, participants gain access to a monthly “Power Hour,” an added-value session featuring expert speakers who provide insight on specialized topics, industry trends, and real-world strategies that further strengthen business capacity and exposure to key resources.

Throughout the program, participants strengthen their foundation for growth, conduct meaningful market and industry research, refine their branding and positioning, prepare for government contracting opportunities, build teams and systems for scaling, and develop business continuity and risk planning strategies.

By the end of ScaleUp 360, each business walks away with clear strategic growth goals, defined key performance indicators, stronger market positioning, documented systems, and a business continuity blueprint; ensuring they are not just operating, but building a resilient and scalable enterprise.
